Having trouble logging in? View responses to commonly asked questions below.

  • If you’re having trouble logging in, then check below details to ensure they're correctly entered:

    1. Email/rego: Check that you're using the same email and registration number that you submitted through your enquiry.
    1. Link URL: If you entered the correct email/rego and still can't log in, then check your URL. Your link URL should look like this, with "XXXXX" replaced by your unique ID number: mycar.autoflip.com.au/?appraisalId=XXXXX. Your unique link can be found in your enquiry confirmation email or an email/SMS from the AutoFlip team.
  • If you didn’t provide a registration number with your enquiry, then enter “TEMPREGO” in the ‘Rego’ field to login.

  • Yes, you can use the same email to login. Contact the AutoFlip team at info@autoflip.co.nz if you’d like to update your email address.
